We’ve upgraded player-owned housing into a much more complete property system. Each property now has a unique property ID, private interior dimension, lockable entrance, tenant/key permissions, furnishing controls, balcony and backyard doors, house map icons, and property menus that show real character names instead of raw IDs. Owners can manage tenants, grant storage or furnishing rights, furnish interiors with a searchable GTA object catalog, and use /fixdimension if they ever get desynced.
Garages now work like real property interiors too. A property garage can be created for a house, sends players into a private vanilla GTA garage interior, supports driving in and out with passengers, and lets the driver park vehicles from inside. Balcony and backyard exits also behave like real doors: you can step out into the world dimension, walk back down to the main entrance, and re-enter the property normally.
Private player-owned properties: every house/apartment has its own unique property ID and private interior dimension, so players do not overlap inside shared GTA interiors.
Property entry/exit: players use Y at property doors to enter or exit. Locked properties block entry until someone with access unlocks them.
